This paper has demonstrated ultra-wide band transmission and high bandwidth capability with ultra time division multiplexing through modern access elastic optical networks based on multiband optical Raman amplification. The total network throughput is measured against the total fiber length in both downstream direction and upstream direction based on various Raman optical amplification techniques. These techniques are namely distributed Raman amplification, discrete Raman amplification, and multiband Raman amplification. The total fiber system quality factor and total fiber system bit error rate (BER) are demonstrated versus various Raman amplification techniques in the presence of both RZ and NRZ transmission code with various total fiber lengths from 250 km to 500 km. Noise power is clarified at receiver side against input signal laser power based on both NRZ and RZ transmission code at downstream direction through the total fiber lengths ranges from 250 km to 500 km. As well as the noise power is measured at receiver side against input signal laser power based on NRZ transmission code at both downstream direction and upstream direction for the total fiber lengths.
