Digital transformation has become a strategic necessity for higher education institutions in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and Society 5.0. However, gaps remain between digitalization policies and their implementation in Islamic Higher Education Institutions (PTAI). This study examines digital transformation strategies, organizational readiness, and implementation challenges at STAI Riyadul Jannah Subang. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, documentation, and Likert-scale questionnaires, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The novelty lies in examining the relationship between leadership commitment, policy implementation, and human resource readiness within an Islamic higher education institution. The findings reveal that leadership support (4.00) and digital policy implementation (3.91) are categorized as high, supported by the Learning Management System (LMS) and E-Campus Academic Information System (SIAKAD). However, lecturers’ digital competencies (3.09), students’ digital literacy, LMS standardization, and infrastructure remain challenges. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening human resource competencies and digital infrastructure to achieve sustainable digital transformation and improve academic service quality.
