This OSF project provides open access to the complete materials of *Plannen Op School* (PLOS), a school-based program designed to support planning and organizational skills among students in the first year of Dutch secondary education. The program consists of two complementary components: PLOS-basic, a universal classroom-based intervention delivered by mentor teachers, and PLOS-extra, an individualized skills training program for students who continue to experience planning difficulties. This project includes the programs manuals, student workbooks, and Powerpoint presentations for the PLOS-basic lessons. These materials are made publicly available to facilitate transparency, accessibility, and potential use or adaptation in research and educational practice.
