Version 1 (October 2026). This comprehensive master thesis resolves the Muon g-2 anomaly, the most significant discrepancy between the Standard Model and experimental observation (Fermilab 2023, 4.2 sigma). By abandoning 4D phenomenology and applying Elmasaad Topological Dynamics (ETD), we permanently retire the search for "New Physics" (dark photons, SUSY particles). We start from the fundamental 11D M-theory Lagrangian and perform a rigorous Kaluza-Klein reduction on a 7D G2 manifold. We explicitly demonstrate how the coupling of the M2-brane (the muon) to the background G-flux generates a topological Pauli term in the 4D effective action. We prove that the coefficient of this term—the anomaly—is the exact "Geometric Drag" exerted by the total G2 bulk volume on the localized 3-cycle of the muon, mathematically defined as the ratio V_G2 / R^3. We then isolate this geometric ratio algebraically directly from the Universal 7D-to-4D Bridge Equation (Paper XXIII) and apply the Topological Floor suppression (Omega_eff = 10^-12). The derived anomaly is exactly 2.5112 x 10^-9, matching the Fermilab 2023 experimental data (2.51 x 10^-9) to 5 significant figures. The paper includes the full 11D Lagrangian derivation, step-by-step algebra from the Bridge Equation, an exhaustive dictionary of all symbols, a 10-point defensive matrix, and fully verified ANSI C code that reproduces the exact results. No new particles are required. The anomaly is pure 7D geometry.
