This report describes the development and deployment of EduControle, a web system for controlling the entry, exit and attendance of the 180 students of Instituto Assistencial Dom Bosco, in Guarapuava, Paraná, Brazil, as a university extension initiative by Software Engineering students. Control was manual, causing information loss and difficulty in consulting attendance history. Conducted with Scrum, the system was built with React, TypeScript and Supabase, with access control through security policies in PostgreSQL, and validated by staff in a pilot with assisted use. The pilot ran without critical failures and revealed pending security, monitoring and data integrity issues in the import of time clock records. The adopted architecture proved suitable for an institution without its own IT team.
