This study aims to analyze the sustainability status of organic rice farming in Lampung Province and to formulate policy scenarios based on key driving factors. The study employed the Multi-Aspect Sustainability Analysis (MSA) method to assess five sustainability dimensions: economic, social, ecological, technological, and institutional aspects. Sensitivity leverage analysis was applied to identify the most influential indicators within each aspect, while uncertainty analysis testing was conducted to ensure the stability and reliability of the results. The research was carried out from January to December 2025, involving 50 organic rice farmers as respondents. The findings reveal that the main driving factors include selling price (economic), agricultural knowledge and support (social), landholding size (ecological), farm road condition (technological), and policy implementation (institutional). The sustainability index of 64.17 indicates that organic rice farming in Lampung Province is classified as sustainable. The uncertainty error value of 6.33% (<10%) confirms that the analysis is stable and reliable. The priority scenario focusing on the economic aspect generated the highest improvement (Δ16.66), increasing the sustainability index to 68.33. Policy recommendations emphasize strengthening price mechanisms and market access, improving supporting infrastructure, enhancing farmers’ capacity through continuous training, and reinforcing institutional frameworks and policy harmonization to promote a competitive and comprehensive sustainable organic rice system.
