The article aims to substantiate the role and define the functional capabilities of information-analytical decision support systems in international investment within the context of digital transformation, as well as to systematize the modern digital tools, analytical methods, and information components that facilitate the preparation and making of investment decisions. Achieving this goal involves examining the interrelationships among digital data sources, analytical technologies, forecasting and risk assessment mechanisms, and investment outcomes. The study systematizes modern digital technologies and information resources used in decision support systems for international investment, outlining their functional purposes; analyzes the systems' capabilities regarding data collection and integration, investment attractiveness assessment, market indicator forecasting, risk identification, and the modeling of alternative international investment scenarios; and substantiates a structural-functional model for the information-analytical support of international investment decisions, defining the connections between data sources, analytical tools, digital technologies, and decision outcomes. Furthermore, the article makes a theoretical and practical contribution to enhancing the soundness, timeliness, and adaptability of international investment decisions by integrating modern digital technologies, information resources, and analytical tools into a unified information-analytical decision support system. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the refinement of the functional-structural approach to the information-analytical support of international investment decisions through the systematization of digital technologies and analytical tools based on their roles in data collection, assessment, forecasting, risk analysis, and the formulation of investment alternatives. A structural-functional model of adaptive information-analytical support is proposed, integrating data sources, digital technologies, analytical procedures, investment decision-making mechanisms, and feedback into a single closed-loop system.
