This article investigates the consensus tracking control problem for networked stochastic multi‐agent systems (MASs) subject to communication noise and actuator constraints. First, a networked stochastic MASs model incorporating multiplicative noise and time‐varying actuator failures is formulated. Second, an adaptive event‐triggered threshold function is constructed, and the nonnegativity of the dynamic threshold parameter is rigorously analyzed. Subsequently, an adaptive dynamic event‐triggered fault‐tolerant consensus control protocol is developed. To analyze the mean‐square consensus of networked stochastic MASs, the input‐to‐state stability (ISS) of the consensus error is analyzed and the sampling error is quantitatively bounded. Furthermore, by employing the Lyapunov function method, the mean‐square stability of the error system is proven, implying that the MASs can achieve the mean‐square consensus under the proposed control strategy. Finally, simulations verify the effectiveness of the theoretical results.
