Saudi Arabias giga-project programmes create unusually demanding supply networks: complex project interfaces, geographically dispersed production, specialist imports, simultaneous demands for capacity and strict performance expectations. Although construction supply chain research increasingly addresses risk, digitisation and inter - firm collaboration, it offers limited guidance on how these capabilities should function as a coherent, project-level system under the conditions of large Saudi developments. This structured integrative review critically examines 30 peer-reviewed articles published between 2020 and 2025 and develops a context-sensitive Construction Supply Chain Resilience Model (CSCRM). Evidence is synthesised across disruption exposure, network configuration, procurement governance, operational visibility, adaptive execution and recovery learning. The proposed model connects five mutually dependent capabilities-exposure intelligence, protected sourcing, integrated information, adaptive delivery and institutional learning-through explicit decision rights and performance feedback.
