Digital innovation has become a major force behind the transformation of modern businesses and economies. The rapid development of technologies such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, big data analytics, the Internet of Things, blockchain, and automation has changed how organizations operate, create value, and interact with customers. Digital innovation is not limited to adopting new technologies; it also involves developing new products, services, processes, and business models. This research paper examines the concept of digital innovation and its impact on business transformation. It focuses on the major drivers of digital innovation, technologies that support it, benefits to organizations, challenges associated with implementation, and future trends. The study uses a descriptive and exploratory research methodology based primarily on secondary data collected from academic journals, books, research reports, and reliable online sources. The research finds that digital innovation can improve operational efficiency, customer experience, productivity, decision-making, and competitiveness. However, organizations face challenges such as cybersecurity threats, data privacy concerns, implementation costs, resistance to change, and a shortage of digital skills. The study concludes that organizations need appropriate strategies, skilled employees, effective leadership, and continuous innovation to successfully benefit from digital transformation.
