Vaginal discharge (leukorrhea or fluor albus) is a white fluid discharged from the vaginal canal in excessive amounts and may be either physiological or pathological. One factor that may contribute to vaginal discharge is inadequate attention to reproductive organ hygiene (personal hygiene). This study aimed to identify factors associated with vaginal discharge among adolescent girls at SMK Yarsi Medika Tigaraksa in 2025. A quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design was employed. The study population consisted of all 194 female students in Grade X, with a sample of 131 respondents selected using total sampling based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data were analyzed using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analyses. The results showed that 70 adolescents (53.4%) experienced normal vaginal discharge, while 61 (46.6%) experienced abnormal vaginal discharge. The chi-square test revealed significant associations between vaginal discharge and knowledge, attitudes, behavior, information sources from peers, and information sources from mass media. Logistic regression analysis indicated that attitude was the most dominant variable. In conclusion, attitudes were the factor most strongly associated with vaginal discharge among adolescent girls
