The supply chain is increasingly exposed to disruptions from unpredictable demand, transportation constraints, supplier issues, geopolitical risks, cyber attacks and ever evolving customer expectations. In the context of this environment, digital transformation is proving to be an important capability of supply chain management as it can enhance information visibility, coordination, forecasting, traceability, and response speed. This paper deals with the correlation between SCDT, SCR, SCC and SCP. The present study suggests a conceptual framework based on the resource-based view and dynamic capabilities in which digital transformation increases the resilience by facilitating information sharing and collaboration. The quantitative research design is recommended to be conducted using a structured questionnaire and Likert Scale measure. Supplier Collaboration is another enabling factor, the Empirical model is an independent variable of Digital Transformation, a mediating variable of Supply Chain Resilience, and a dependent variable of Supply Chain Performance (SCP). The paper builds on the most recent empirical evidence regarding positive relationships between digitalization and resilience, but also recognizes that the advantages of digital transformation rely on the organizational capabilities and on the implementation context. The proposed framework could serve as a valuable guide for empirical studies in the scope of the Indian manufacturing, retail, logistics, and agricultural value chains.
