Dreamland Cicalengka is a former thematic tourism destination located in Tanjungwangi, Bandung Regency. After experiencing a brief period of popularity, the site gradually declined due to management challenges, limited accessibility, and the absence of sustainable attractions. Today, the area remains underutilized and physically deteriorated, yet possesses strong natural and strategic potential due to its highland landscape, panoramic views, and surrounding community activities. This pre-feasibility study aims to analyze the revitalization prospects of Dreamland Cicalengka as a sustainable tourism and hospitality area through the assessment of environmental, social, economic, and spatial factors. Using field observation, literature review, and preliminary spatial analysis, this study identifies key opportunities and potential risks in redeveloping the site. The results are expected to support early planning of zoning, ecotourism-oriented design concepts, and community-based tourism development as a foundation for a more comprehensive feasibility study in the future.
