We present the analytical consolidation and empirical validation of the Phase-II Conformal Metric Modulation (CMM) framework, structurally resolving weak-field constraints and infinite-density singularities without phenomenological fine-tuning. By projecting the non-Abelian SU(3) Yang-Mills field strength tensor onto a discrete spacetime lattice governed by a balanced ternary arithmetic framework (T = {-1, 0, +1}), we demonstrate that the traditional classical Landauer heat dissipation bound is strictly erased (ΔQ -> 0). Under critical quantum resonance (alpha = 0.5), the effective baryonic metric segregates into an anisotropic disformal coupled tensor matrix where grr is proportional to phi^(-3/2). Evaluating equatorial null geodesics under this metric reveals an invariant photon sphere capture zone at r_ph = 4.0M and a smooth hydrodynamic un-rendering boundary at r = 2.0M. We test the multi-scale scale-invariance of this compiler framework via a 4th-Order Runge-Kutta numerical integration using the exact empirical mass profiles of 7 distinct real-world astrophysical candidates: Sagittarius A*, M87*, Cygnus X-1, TON 618, NGC 1277, ESO 243-49 HLX-1, and V404 Cygni. Kinematic analysis of the gravitational redshift reveals an orthogonal phase rotation (e^(-i*pi/4)) at the 2.0M boundary, proving that the event horizon functions not as a physical singularity, but as an asymptotic purification channel that recycles local entropic baryonic metadata back into the non-local exogenic hidden sector.
