This paper establishes the complete macro-framework for the Proto-Indo-European (PIE) double-suffix engine (Root + *-mó- + Agent Suffix). Building upon individual case reconstructions, we present a unified taxonomy demonstrating that early Indo-European speakers utilized this specific nominal template as a universal, bi-gender assembly line to construct an elite corpus of approximately 30 to 45 foundational names, epithets, and landscape titles. By maintaining the core Caland-associated characteristic marker *-mó- and toggling the final individualizing agent suffix, this template spans three distinct, interlocking tiers of the archaic Aegean worldview: Macro-Cosmic Deities, Liturgical Epithets, and Micro-Geographic Hydronyms. This global framework provides a comprehensive, mathematically regular alternative to the Pre-Greek substrate consensus, completely mapping the foundational structural layer of archaic mythography.
