This paper extends the relational philosophical foundation of entrepreneurship as practice by re-minding the reader that co-existence and co-becoming are a precondition for entrepreneuring towards liveable lives for all. We argue that human and more-than-human precarities and ongoingness of life constitute a shared condition that we call ‘ecology of entrepreneurship as practice’ and demand thought-full and care–full attention to how we think about, attend to, and respond to matters of difference-equality, diversity, and inclusion in theory and practice. We propose an alternative perspective, drawing on Donna Haraway's conceptual tools, to help move beyond the human exceptionalism still ingrained in entrepreneurship as practice research. Our paper outlines distinct practices that can open the door to thinking differently about the matters of difference without indifference, with the aim of imagining and nurturing a more response-able ecology of entrepreneurship as practice.
