We examine a structural correspondence between a TDF particle (a nested resonance — a ball of balls — that flips between left- and right-handed states about a still central core) and a rotating black hole (a spinning mass with a ring singularity and an axis of ejection). We separate three tiers throughout. Earned: both eject along their spin/flip axis with a handedness (parity-violating beta emission in the particle; polar jets in the hole); the interior of a rotating hole genuinely inverts (space and time exchange roles at the horizon) and its singularity is a ring; the cosmic microwave background carries real standing-wave antinodes in its acoustic peaks. Computed: the observable universe has the Schwarzschild radius of its own mass (), which is identically the statement that the universe is spatially flat; the run in scale from a proton to the Planck length is about 131 steps, and from the Planck length to the cosmic horizon about 405. Speculation, held open: that our position inside such a structure can be read from the sky; that the cosmic topology is toroidal; and a conjecture that the Riemann zeros meet a limit at the singularity. We argue the correspondence is a useful lens precisely because its boundaries are drawn honestly, and we state what would confirm or falsify each open claim.
