This paper presents a novel continuous geometric resolution to the 284-year-old Goldbach Conjecture by mapping discrete numerical behaviors onto the hyper-dimensional manifold of the Khanhnions 96D framework. By executing partial trace projections from the global 96D manifold down to the 24-dimensional Leech lattice and 8-dimensional E8 lattice, even integer spaces are modeled as closed, highly symmetric hyper-dimensional manifolds. We mathematically demonstrate that any such closed state naturally decomposes into exactly two stable topological prime nodes. Furthermore, analytic singularities at infinite asymptotic limits are entirely resolved using the fundamental material wave compression relation D = m · b³.
