Regional government property is one of the important aspects that requires serious attention, as proper management of regional assets can support the realization of good governance. This study aims to analyze how regional government property is managed at the Inspectorate of East Java Province based on Mardiasmo’s good governance indicators, which include transparency, accountability, and value for money. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through document analysis, observation, and interviews, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results show that the management of regional government property at the East Java Provincial Inspectorate has been implemented effectively. This can be seen from the use of innovations such as QR codes and the SIMAS Jatim application, which make the asset management process more transparent, effective, and efficient, as it can be conducted through a single digital platform. However, several challenges remain, including limited information continuity due to the short tenure of asset management officials. Overall, this study finds that digital-based management of regional government property at the East Java Provincial Inspectorate embodies the principles of good governance. This policy enables regional asset management to be more organized and controllable in real time. Therefore, this research is expected to serve as a reference or guideline for government institutions in implementing regional government property management.
