Introduction With the rapid growth of large language models (LLMs) and the AI-related industry, AI systems have come to core industrial and economic infrastructures. However, an appropriate redistribution structure for "knowledge creation" (such as academic papers and intellectual property)—which forms the foundation of AI learning and inference—and an autonomous mechanism connecting AI economic revenues to external social security and cultural redistributions have not yet been established. In this study, we propose the "Casino Protocol," a smart contract protocol that automatically collects a flat 1% from the revenue of AI-related companies and uses it as the source for "cultural redistribution (artist fees)," "autonomous driving insurance reserves" as social infrastructure, and "tuition fees (knowledge rewards)" for academic achievements (DOIs) and the origin node.
