Data analysis wasconducted through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicatethat the governance of the extracurricular curriculum at this institution has been systematic and structured. In the implementation phase, activities were divided into academic and non-academic clusters, supported by a competition "quarantine" system and research partnerships with external university laboratories.Program evaluation was implemented in stages based on achievement targets, budget efficiency, and graduateselectivity at state universities. Despite facing obstacles such as decreased student motivation, schedulingconflicts, and government budget rationalization, the madrasah was able to respond adaptively throughpersuasive communication, budget priority management, and strengthening cost-sharing schemes through aparent support network
