This study aimed to develop a Chemo-Entrepreneurship (CEP)-oriented Student Worksheet (LKPD) on reaction rate materials and evaluate its feasibility and effectiveness in improving students’ entrepreneurial self-efficacy. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The participants were eleventh-grade students at MAN 3 Jambi City. The worksheet was validated by subject-matter experts, media experts, and chemistry teachers, and tested through individual, small-group, and large-group trials. Data were collected using validation sheets, response questionnaires, entrepreneurial self-efficacy questionnaires, and learning achievement tests. The results indicated that the developed worksheet had a very high level of feasibility. Expert validation scores reached 95.63% for content validity and 96.31% for media validity, both categorized as highly feasible. Teacher evaluations also showed a very good category. The large-group trial demonstrated improved learning outcomes, with average pre-test and post-test scores increasing from 65.50 to 79.83. The paired-sample t-test yielded a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05), while the N-Gain score of 0.5067 was classified as moderate. Therefore, the CEP-oriented worksheet is feasible and effective for enhancing learning outcomes and entrepreneurial self-efficacy in chemistry education.
