This study employed a quantitative approach using 16 observations analyzed through multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results show that CAR has no significant effect on profitability, with a significance value of 0.111. Inflation has a positive and significant effect on profitability, with a significance value of 0.001. The exchange rate has a negative and significant effect on profitability, with a significance value of 0.004. Meanwhile, problematic credit has no significant effect on profitability, with a significance value of 0.227. Simultaneously, CAR, inflation, exchange rate, and problematic credit have a significant effect on profitability, with a significance value of 0.000. The Adjusted R Square of 88.7% indicates that the independent variables explain 88.7% of the variation in profitability.
