Paper 75 §3 named the missing object exactly: "a first-principles cavity definition that computes for arbitrary nuclei from the packing geometry — carbon, iron and gold have never had a computed value, only defaults." After P69/D20 every snugness number in the corpus is the measured mass relabelled. This paper supplies the first definition that provably is not, because nothing measured goes in — no masses, no binding energies, no fitted coefficients. Only the zeros of spherical Bessel functions, the same mode table as the three-peaks derivation. The definition, declared before any value: fill A nucleons bottom-up through the cavity's modes (degeneracy 4(2l+1) per level, levels ordered by Bessel zero); divided by the cumulative capacity of every level touched. exactly at a closure; it dips just after. This record holds one paper on its own and is refreshed every couple of months. The complete deposit, 10.5281/zenodo.21788037, holds every paper with its code and data and is updated first; for the newest version of this paper, go there.
