At the microscopic scale, the fluid is strictly incompressible: individual fluid elements cannot be compressed or expanded, interactions occur instantaneously through rotational vortex induction, and there are no acoustic density waves. At the macroscopic cosmic scale, the overall spatial domain expands according to general relativity. The framework couples an incompressible, non-dilating microscopic fluid of vortex dipoles with an expanding cosmological metric that dilutes the overall density of those dipoles as the universe grows.
