I am pleased to share my article: “Climate Change and How It Is Reshaping Communities and Lifestyles” Climate change is not only an environmental crisis; it is also a profound social, economic, cultural and public health challenge that is transforming how we live, work and interact with one another. Drawing on Social Movement Theory, this article examines how collective action can shape responses to climate change and foster social transformation. A central message of this article is that climate change affects more than our physical environment. It also challenges our sense of belonging, security, identity and connection to our communities. Understanding climate change requires attention to people's lived experiences, social inequalities and capacity for resilience. I hope this article contributes to wider conversations about climate justice, sustainable lifestyles and the importance of building inclusive, resilient communities. I welcome thoughts, reflections and constructive discussion from researchers, policymakers, healthcare professionals and everyone interested in climate change and social wellbeing.
