This study examines the extent to which internal information systems and communication influence the performance of employees at the Palembang City Education Office. A quantitative approach was used with a sample of 58 employees. Data analysis was performed using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 27.00. The results of the simultaneous test yielded a calculated F-value of 973.786 > the critical F-value of 3.16, indicating that internal information systems and communication jointly have a significant effect on employee performance. However, when analyzed partially, the internal information system variable has a significant positive effect and a strong correlation, while the communication variable has a negative effect and a weak correlation. Furthermore, the R-squared value of 97% indicates that the Internal Information System and Communication can explain 97% of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining 3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Thus, the results suggest that the better the Internal Information System and Communication are implemented together, the more employee performance will improve.
