Effective planning, advance resource allocation and managerial decision-making at industrial enterprises require an understanding of trends in key performance indicators and an assessment of their future trajectories. To this end, linear trend models (ŷ = a + b·t) were constructed using financial indicators for 2019–2025 including net sales revenue, cost of goods sold, gross profit, operating expenses and financial results as well as gas-product output volumes. Model performance was assessed using the coefficient of determination (R²), standard error, the t-statistic and mean absolute percentage error (MAPE). The resulting forecasts were used to examine approaches to improving organizational and economic mechanisms.
