In this paper we present two rare cases of patients suffering from diffuse large B-cell lymphoma initially treated with chemotherapy. During follow-up, they presented with central and peripheral neurological symptoms, respectively. On PET/CT, intense uptake of FDG was seen indicating neurolymphomatosis. Because of the localization it was not possible to take a biopsy for histological examination, but clinicians relied on imaging, clinical course and laboratory tests for a final diagnosis. Both patients died shortly after this examination underlining the poor prognosis of neurolymphomatosis.
