The vibration exciter is a structural component of a vibration machine, regardless of its technological application, that determines the operating mode of the machine. This paper presents the structural design of a controlled mechanical exciter of circular translational vibrations equipped with two unbalanced shafts. The operating principle of the proposed exciter is described. A mathematical model of the dynamic action of the exciter on the processed medium is developed, defining the dependence of the generated excitation on the rotation angle of the movable unbalanced masses relative to their initial positions.
