This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the income of oil palm farmers in Bukit Baling Village, Sekernan District, Muaro Jambi Regency. Oil palm is an important plantation commodity and a major source of income for local communities. However, farmers’ income varies due to technical, social, and economic factors. This study examines the effects of capital, land area, plant age, production costs, farming experience, and labor on farmers’ income in an area that has received limited research attention. A quantitative survey method was applied to 119 respondents selected through simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, classical assumption tests, the coefficient of determination, the F-test, and the t-test with SPSS version 27. The results show that all independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on farmers’ income, with an R² of 57.3%. Partially, land area, production costs, and labor have a positive and significant effect, while capital, plant age, and farming experience have no significant effect. The study concludes that increasing farmers’ income can be supported by optimizing land area, managing production costs efficiently, and utilizing labor effectively
