Motivation. Metagenomic, metatranscriptomic and amplicon sequencing now routinely produce data sets with thousands of samples, hundreds of millions of reads and millions of assembled contigs, and portable nanopore sequencers deliver such data from the field within hours. Interpreting those results still usually requires a bioinformatician, a workstation and a sequence of static plots, which places the data out of reach of many collaborators, community partners and decision-makers. Results. We describe microscape.app, a system in which sequencing pipelines publish their own interactive dashboards to a permissioned web portal. Four Nextflow pipelines in the dānaSeq suite (real-time nanopore metagenomics, metagenome-assembled genome (MAG) analysis, metatranscriptomics and amplicon sequencing) each end with a preprocessing step that writes compact, pre-compressed JSON and a static Svelte single-page application with 6–11 linked views. A single authenticated HTTP request uploads the bundle to the portal, which handles lab-scoped tenancy, per-run visibility (private, shared or public), per-user grants and file delivery. All ordination, clustering and aggregation are computed by the pipeline, so the server performs no analysis and the browser only filters and renders. WebGL rendering, columnar chunking and on-demand loading allow interactive exploration of 879 nanopore libraries (165 million reads), a 1.49-million-contig co-assembly with 655 MAGs, 130 metatranscriptomes (2.6 billion reads) and 2,619 amplicon libraries, with initial downloads of 2–17 MB. As of 1 November 2026 the portal served 130 public runs.
