The inconsistent fluctuations in corporate value within the consumer non-cyclical sector—which inherently operates in fulfilling society's primary daily needs—serve as the foundational anomaly driving this study. This research aims to evaluate the impact of tax planning, leverage ratio, and firm size on corporate market value. Employing a quantitative approach with an associative design, this study utilizes secondary data derived from the financial statements of issuers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) spanning the 2020–2024 period. By applying a purposive sampling technique, a sample of 43 companies was obtained, yielding a total pooling data of 215 observations, which were subsequently analyzed using panel data regression via EViews 13 software. The simultaneous test results demonstrate that the combination of tax planning, leverage, and firm size significantly influences firm value. Separately, however, the partial analysis reveals that only the leverage variable plays a significant role in determining corporate value, whereas tax planning and firm size exhibit no functional or significant relationship in the consumer non-cyclical sector during the observation period.
