In this work, we investigate a series-connected Josephson junction (JJ) system composed of three triplet p -wave superconductors. By tuning the d -vector orientation angles of the triplet superconductors, we achieve efficient control over nonlocal spin and charge supercurrents. Utilizing the Andreev molecular states formed between the two adjacent JJs, we show a spin version of Josephson diode effect (sJDE) with an efficiency of over 50 % and arbitrary nonlocal control of supercurrents in the complete absence of macroscopic superconducting phase differences when a magnetic barrier is introduced. Moreover, the efficiency of the nonlocal JDE can be enhanced to over 60 % by optimizing the d -vector configurations. Our results provide a new pathway for achieving nonlocal supercurrent control and high-efficiency JDE.
