A scientific theory is only valid if it makes falsifiable predictions. The AMDCF framework, by introducing a non-Markovian Memory Tensor into General Relativity, predicts that black holes are "Regular" (no singularity). Consequently, the event horizon acts as a partially reflective membrane rather than a perfect absorber. In this study, we present a numerical simulation comparing the gravitational wave strain of a standard black hole merger with an AMDCF-regulated merger. While standard GR predicts a smooth exponential ringdown, the AMDCF framework predicts a series of repeating "Gravitational Echoes" (sidebands) following the primary merger event. We propose that these specific echo signatures can be searched for in the data of current and future gravitational wave observatories (LIGO, Virgo, KAGRA).
