Descriptive and inferential statistics, including correlation and ANOVA, were used to analyze the data 0.05. Findings revealed that library staff possessed moderate to high proficiency in basic digital skills such as word processing and internet use but exhibited limited competence in advanced areas like digital preservation and database management. Results further showed a significant positive relationship between digital literacy and the quality of library service delivery.
