Free radicals can cause skin breakdown, scaling, and dryness, requiring prevention agents to counteract electron lack and repress chain reactions. According to the Indonesian Pharmacopoeia III, a lotion is a fluid planning as a suspension or scattering utilized as an outer medication, functioning effectively as a strong suspension or fine powder with a reasonable suspending specialist or oil-in-water or water-in-oil emulsion. Hypericum perforatum (St. John's Wort, Hypericaceae) Local to Europe, West Asia, North Africa, and other regions, it is a widely consumed restorative plant with extensive therapeutic applications for skin wounds, dermatitis, burns, illnesses, and mental problems. Arnica montana Used for hundreds of years in homeopathic medicine, it is regularly utilized for the treatment of various neuro-circumstances and injuries. Azadirachta indica (Neem) Considered one of the most valuable customary restorative plants in India due to its hygienic and contraceptive properties. Neem compounds have therapeutic applications for skin health and disease management. Ratio: 1:9 (1 part drug and 9 parts vehicle) Components: Standard Azadirachta indica Q (1 part) + Standard Hypericum perforatum Q (1 part) + Standard Arnica montana Q (1 part) Measurement: First, individual Azadirachta indica folium, Arnica montana , and Hypericum perforatum lotions were prepared separately using the 1:9 drug-vehicle ratio (1 gm drug to 9 parts vehicle). Mixing: For the mixed variety, each sample was mixed with the drug proportion in a vehicle quantity. Filling: The samples were filled into clean and sterile hard glass bottles. Labelling: Paper labels were affixed to the body of the hard glass bottles containing the drug name, manufacturer date, indications, quantity of drug and vehicle, and overall drug-to-vehicle ratio. Precaution: Samples were stored away from heat, sunlight, dust, and strong-smelling bottles, and kept in a cool, dark place. Arnica montana - Q: Identified principal phytochemical absorption bands. Azadirachta indica - Q: Evaluated active constituent spectra. Ethanol: Reference baseline solvent comparison. Formulation of mixed variety of Azadirachta indica -Q + Arnica montana -Q + Hypericum perforatum -Q Lotion gives a good result in quality control done by the UV-visible spectrophotometer and FTIR as compared to individual lotions.
