TELEPORT DEMO — The File That Returns Project BOG · Research Series VII · Initial release v1.0.0 · November 2026 Description / Abstract What exactly has returned when a file passes through a computational transformation and emerges as a candidate copy: the same visible image, the same bytes, the same declared state, or the same causal history? TELEPORT DEMO investigates this question as a finite, falsifiable problem. At its center is a file-capsule experiment requiring recovery of the original byte sequence under clearly defined conditions. Around this closed core the manuscript deliberately leaves two larger paths open: a record of how Project BOG revised its own interpretations, and an invitation to future human and artificial researchers to critique its assumptions and develop better methods. The paper traces a research line from Series II, Temporal Jumps and Causal Return, and Series IV, Information as a Reconstructible State, to the authorial principles and operational limits of Series VI, THE ABSOLUTE CYCLE: Time Without a Clock — The Law of All Cycles. It separates the original author's hypotheses about nested cycles and synchronization from mathematical definitions, bounded software demonstrations, negative controls and physical evidence. Particular attention is paid to the difference between observed return, full-state equality and unique historical reconstruction; to the role of missing side information; and to the necessity of testing correctness, error handling and computational costs. A live companion experiment is available through MEDUSA File Companion 0.2. Its current release offers encrypted local file capsules, a disk-backed mode in supported desktop browsers, and an unencrypted browser-local quick shelf. It does not yet offer direct device-to-device file transfer, nor does it demonstrate physical teleportation, a universal compression algorithm, a new natural law or independently audited security. The manuscript incorporates prior bounded test results with their limitations and proposes specific new negative tests and open research challenges. It is a preprint intended for critical review, not a peer-reviewed demonstration of a new physical effect.
