AbstractThis paper presents a first-principles derivation of quantum mechanics from the classicalelastodynamics of a micro-polar continuum (Cosserat medium). We demonstrate that wave-particle duality is not an irreducible probabilistic mystery, but the deterministic manifestationof localized topological solitons interacting with their self-induced dynamic shear wave trails. The electron is formalized as an unruptured topological knot of the Hopf fibration (QH = 1)within a quasi-incompressible substrate. A rigorous distinction is established between theunperturbed substrate background density ρ0 ≈ 4.30 × 1018 kg/m3 and the variable effectivemass density of the soliton’s wave envelope ρ(r, t) ≡ meR2(r, t). From the Korteweg–Cosseratgradient-elastic stress tensor, we derive the exact non-linear wavefront curvature counter-pressure, demonstrating its mathematical identity with Bohm’s quantum potential and closingMadelung’s inverse transformation into the linear Schrödinger equation.Furthermore, we prove that the six geometric degrees of freedom of the Cosserat con-tinuum (three translations and three micro-rotations) subject to incompressibility solenoidalconstraints (∇ · u = 0, ∇ · θ = 0) reduce to precisely four physical transverse polarizations, forming the canonical Dirac bispinor. Under the synchronous spinor resonance θ = 12 ∇ × u,the wave equation factors into Weyl equations, with mass emerging as topological chiralityrecirculation. We resolve the core-circulation velocity discrepancy by distinguishing betweenthe subsonic material shear displacement (ve ≈ 0.198 c < c, preventing cavitation) and thetransverse wave packet propagation velocity (vwave = c). This kinematic structure yields Landéfactor g = L/S = ¯h/(¯h/2) = 2 directly, while Heisenberg’s uncertainty principle is reduced to atheorem of classical Fourier analysis in continuous media.
