Linux server infrastructure in educational institutions is vulnerable to cybersecurity threats including misconfiguration, privileged access abuse, and unauthorized modification of critical configuration files. This research designs and develops SecureOps, a centralized web-based server security audit and monitoring platform with a Controller-Agent architecture. Developed using FastAPI, React 18, Linux PAM + JWT, and Tailscale WireGuard, SecureOps integrates six security modules: permission audit, SHA-256 FIM, sudo monitor, activity logs, system health, and SSH terminal. Black-box testing of 62 test cases yielded a 100% pass rate with average API response time of 187ms under 50 concurrent users. Usability evaluation using SUS produced an average score of 82.3 ("Good"). These results demonstrate that SecureOps effectively meets multi-server security monitoring needs.
