This research presents the design, implementation and benchmarking of a permissioned blockchain-based framework for secure and transparent transactions across three major domains: finance, market trading and supply chain management. The proposed framework integrates six smart contracts: PaymentEscrow and LoanRegistry for financial operations, AssetToken and TradeExchange for market trading, and ProductRegistry and ShipmentTracker for supply chain traceability. The system combines a private Ethereum network using Proof-of-Authority (PoA) consensus with a Hyperledger Fabric channel. It is developed using Solidity, Go, Node.js, Web3.js, React.js and IPFS. The framework is evaluated through transaction throughput, confirmation latency, gas consumption and scalability. Experimental results demonstrate 62 transactions per second (TPS) on the PoA network and 138 TPS on Hyperledger Fabric, compared with 420 TPS for a centralized PostgreSQL baseline. The findings highlight the potential of permissioned blockchain technology to improve transparency, tamper-evidence, accountability and multi-party trust while identifying performance and scalability trade-offs.
