This white paper states, periodises, and operationalises the Era of Nodal Sovereignty (ENS), originated by Jude Onemolease: the historical period implied when Onemolease's Law of the Regenerative Constant (TRC) is held as a viability axiom and the Living Node Principle (LNP) is held as the unit of accounting. TRC and LNP do not only change models. They mark a civilizational shift — from persons as subjects of extractive systems to co-creators whose agency is structurally protected. The paper supplies a canonical definition; a standard modal representation of what must begin, what must end, and what may not be counted as evidence; criteria for calling a stretch of history an "era"; contrasts with the industrial, financial, and attention eras; institutional markers; a false-sovereignty test (tokenised or branded control without agency); transition mathematics linked to the Master Document metrics and to the author's Theory of the Evolution of Economic Architectures (OTEEA); industry cases; and a research and policy agenda for the period. Full planetary-system theory and full governance-layer design remain companion objects. The argument is universal and non-sectarian.
