Analisis Deviasi Estimasi Biaya Pekerjaan Struktur antara Metode SNI 7394:2008, AHSP Permen PUPR Nomor 8 Tahun 2023, dan Analisa Kontraktor pada Proyek Gedung Parkir di BSD Tangerang

Differences in unit price analysis methods may produce different construction cost estimates despite identical work quantities. This study compares construction cost estimates using SNI 7394:2008, AHSP based on Permen PUPR No. 8 of 2023, and the Contractor’s Cost Analysis for the structural work of a parking building in BSD Tangerang. A descriptive-comparative case study was conducted using identical work quantities. The Contractor’s Cost Analysis estimated IDR 319,348,554,739, while AHSP and SNI estimated IDR 521,382,643,167 and IDR 523,334,042,738, with deviations of 63.26% and 63.88%, respectively. These findings provide a reference for improving construction cost estimation in similar projects.
