By analyzing objective telemetry data from NASA deep-space tracking anomalies and systemic planetary dynamics, we show that localized gravitational variations and acceleration deltas are directly governed by a truncated fractal matrix of the Golden Ratio (φ), Pi (π), and spatial dimensional thresholds. The UniPhiEd Realativity framework successfully maps these frequencies to physical galactic and solar structures, replacing the mathematical illusions of singularities, dark energy, and space as a vacuum with a concrete, finite fluid dynamics topology.
