This study examines the effects of work communication, teamwork, and work discipline on nurse performance at Sundari Hospital Medan, both individually and simultaneously. A quantitative approach was used with questionnaire data from 53 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS Statistics version 26. The results indicate that work communication has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance (B=0.381; t=6.104; Sig.=0.000). Teamwork also has a positive and significant effect (B=0.642; t=7.164; Sig.=0.000), as does work discipline (B=0.455; t=7.305; Sig.=0.000). Simultaneously, the three variables significantly affect nurse performance (F=49.150; Sig.=0.000). The Adjusted R Square of 0.735 indicates that 73.5% of the variation in nurse performance is explained by work communication, teamwork, and work discipline, while the remaining 26.5% is associated with factors outside the model. These findings highlight the importance of clear information exchange, team cohesion, and consistent compliance with work procedures in supporting nursing services.
