The PkM activity was held on May 16, 2026, following a needs analysis and preparatory phase on May 4, 2026, which involved a meeting with representatives of the PKK women and coordination with the internal team. The preparatory phase included identifying partner needs, developing training materials, and preparing training supplies and equipment. The activity utilized participatory training and mentoring methods, which included needs analysis, joint planning with partners, outreach, instruction on production theory, basic management and marketing, hands-on practice in making macramé keychains, mentoring, and evaluation. The innovation of this activity lies in the integration of macramé production skills with simple packaging design and digital marketing through social media. The outcome of this activity is that participants are able to produce macramé keychains independently. Evaluation results show that participants found the training program beneficial for enhancing the knowledge, technical skills, and creativity of PKK members. These achievements demonstrate an improvement in participants’ productive skills and open up opportunities for community-based collaborative business development.
