Correspondence administration at the Medan Petisah District Office still faces problems in recording, archive searching, and document management, which are partly performed manually. This study aims to design and implement a web-based correspondence administration information system to support the management of incoming mail, outgoing mail, disposition, archives, tracking, and reports. The Waterfall method was used for system development, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. UML and ERD were used for system design, while implementation used Native PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XAMPP. The resulting system provides correspondence administration according to the access rights of Admin/TU, Section Head (Kasi), Secretary of District (Sekcam), and District Head (Camat). Black Box Testing of 20 scenarios showed that all tested functions were successful.
