This study aims to analyze the influence of collection strategy, service quality, and member satisfaction on receivables management at Primkoveri 19 Ketanggungan Cooperative. Effective receivables management is an important factor in maintaining the liquidity and operational sustainability of a cooperative. A high level of uncollectible receivables can disrupt cash flow and reduce the cooperative’s financial performance. Therefore, an appropriate collection strategy, supported by high-quality services and a high level of member satisfaction, is required to improve the effectiveness of receivables management. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to members of Primkoveri 19 Ketanggungan Cooperative who had financing or credit relationships with the cooperative. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to examine the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results indicate that collection strategy, service quality, and member satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on receivables management. Simultaneously, these three variables contribute significantly to improving the effectiveness of the cooperative’s receivables management. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for cooperative managers in formulating more effective receivables management policies that are oriented toward members' needs.
