Indoor air pollution has become a serious environmental problem. Complication to ecological quality human well-being, especially in urban areas. and industrial regions. The present study includes air quality monitoring and analysis, which is based on important environmental parameters like PM2.5 and PM10, CO2 concentration, heat level, humidity and air-conditioning facilities Index (AQI).The main aim is to gain an understanding of the contamination differences between various urban sites, aiding to Enhanced Environmental Management and Improved Habitat Environment. Data was collected from 10 different monitoring locations and analysed using the normalization technique and TOPSIS decision making approach using different criteria. The study results showed that the Railway Station, Highway junction and Market Street were among the areas where the pollution level was high and their AQI values were high signifying poor air quality conditions. The greenest areas, Eco Garden, Lake View and Green Park, had lower pollutant concentrations and higher environmental quality, on the other hand. The same trends were observed with PM2.5, PM10 and AQI data, and also highlighted the general importance of airborne particles for air quality. The results of this research clearly indicate that transportation-related activities have significant impact on the concentrations of air pollutants in urban areas, as do industrial emissions and population density. Overall, the suggested framework provides a viable solution for the monitoring of air pollution in the environment, which can be further improved in the coming years by integrating the IoT systems and machine learning techniques for real-time monitoring and smart environmental management.
