The Vacuum Before the Split: Paper #8's Census Gains the Sever-Sourced Class, Priced as a Class and Not a Solution

Target M4 of the books-science correlations record: compute the Einstein-Cartan frame's vacuum-energy density in the unsevered (single-register) limit, testing extract E7 (before the split there was not even the seething). Gates reproduce paper #220's discharge of paper #8's two-register debt digit-for-digit (alpha, C = 2.320, plateau 4.4992e113 eV^4, dust value 1.675e74 eV^4, 39.4-dex gap, m-star 4.869e28 eV, dust-root overshoot K = 1.39e13). Computation: the frame's derived vacuum terms are the exact Fermi-gas density and the algebraic torsion term; at zero content both vanish identically, with a monotone approach over five decades and no floor. The frame does not force a nonzero Lambda pre-sever: a bare Lambda is a free input, exhibited at zero and nonzero values satisfying the same owned equations. E7 survives in-frame in that computed form. Paper #8's census gains one mechanism class, sever-sourced vacuum activity, priced as a class: it supplies no post-sever value, the wall scale stands 124.2 dex above the observed (2.3 meV)^4, and graduation to a solution would still need a derived value without fitting, w = -1 for the residue, and radiative stability. Grade EXTENSION, argued with DERIVED-INDEPENDENT considered and declined. Quantum gravity NOT SOLVED; vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED.
